Sacred Laws (Terms of Service)
Last updated: March 2026. These Terms govern the use of Olympus Digital services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing services from Olympus Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Olympus Digital provides web development, website design, and digital services including business websites, landing pages, e-commerce implementations, maintenance, and performance optimization.
3. Payments
All payments are securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle, which is responsible for payment processing, billing, and regulatory compliance.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required partially or in full before work begins.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by requesting that our digital services begin immediately, the customer acknowledges that this withdrawal right may expire once work has started.
4. Project Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and client response times. Olympus Digital will communicate any significant delays via email or phone call.
5. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of custom code and designs is transferred to the client only after the final payment has been successfully completed.
Olympus Digital reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed through a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
6. Limitation of Liability
Olympus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
