Sacred Laws(Terms of Service)
Last updated: March 2026. These Terms govern the use of Olympus Digital services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Olympus Digital services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
Olympus Digital provides bespoke web development, design, and digital services including business websites, e-commerce solutions, landing pages, maintenance, and performance optimization.
3. Payments
All financial transactions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, and regulatory compliance.
We accept major credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit. All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
Payments made via SEPA Direct Debit follow the protections of the SEPA Core Scheme. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
4. Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our digital services, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU expires once performance of the service has begun with the customer's express consent. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that the refund right may expire once work has started.
5. Project Delivery
Estimated timelines are projected but not absolute. Delivery schedules may vary depending on project complexity and client response times.
6. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of custom code and designs is transferred to the client only upon successful and final settlement of the total project fee.
Olympus Digital retains the right to showcase projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Olympus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services once delivered.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service provided.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Athens.
