(Refund Policy)
Payment Processing
All payments for Olympus Digital services are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle is responsible for secure payment processing, billing, and handling payment disputes or chargebacks in accordance with their policies.
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once development work has started.
Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase only if work on the project has not yet begun.
2. EU Consumer Notice
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, by requesting that our digital services begin immediately after purchase, the customer acknowledges that this withdrawal right may expire once work has started.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be granted in the following situations:
- The project has already entered active development.
- The final deliverables have been completed or delivered.
- Third-party costs such as domain registrations, licenses, or hosting have already been purchased.
4. Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued, all rights and licenses to the delivered digital assets are immediately revoked and the client must stop using any provided code, designs, or materials.
